As a Mobile Sales Expert, you'll help customers find wireless products, plans, and accessories that fit their needs and take ownership of your own sales results. This is a hands-on, individual sales role: you'll build customer relationships, recommend solutions, and work toward your own sales goals while contributing to the team's success.

• Earn $15-$19 per hour in base pay, plus uncapped commission. Team members who meet minimum expectations typically earn $20-$24 per hour in total compensation, while top performers earn $30+ per hour. Earnings vary by location and performance.

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

• Deliver five-star customer service by understanding each customer's needs and personally recommending wireless solutions that fit.
• Take ownership of your individual sales results by engaging customers, explaining products and plans, and closing sales.
• Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
• Merchandise products, manage inventory, and help open and close the store.
• Work toward your own sales goals while contributing to the team's overall results.

What It Takes

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a positive, energetic approach.
• A basic working knowledge of wireless technology and current trends.
• Full-time availability and flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous sales or retail experience is considered an asset.
• Successful completion of a background check and eligibility to access military bases.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
