Wire Harness Assembler 

We are now hiring! As an Assembler you will be assigned to build wire harness systems in a manufacturing company in the Morgan Hill, CA area.  

Pay Rate: $20-$30 hr 
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd available 
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Description:

• Assemble, route, and multi branch wire harnesses using industry-standard tools and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance
• Follow safety, quality, and documentation standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620)
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Cirrus testing and Hi-pot testing  

Experience:
Wire Harnessing: 1-2 years (Required)
Electronic Assembly: 1-2 years (Required)
Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently over time
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred
