    The Opportunity

    The Wire Coordinator is the central hub for our secure financial transactions, providing critical support to our escrow accounting and closing departments. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our in-office team to manage the daily flow of incoming and outgoing funds.

    In this highly trusted role, you will partner directly with key bank contacts to initiate, approve, and reconcile wire transfers across various banking and escrow systems. Beyond executing transactions, managing daily reports, and resolving wire issues, you will serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, enthusiastically providing accurate information and prompt assistance.

    This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Wire Coordinator, you will manage the secure flow of funds and provide critical support to our escrow and closing teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Process & Authorize Wires: Meticulously initiate, input, and authorize outgoing wire transfers across various banking platforms. You will also download incoming bank wires and ensure they are accurately uploaded or manually entered into our escrow system.
    • Deliver Exceptional Service: Enthusiastically greet customers and promptly answer inquiries over the phone or in person. You will provide technical assistance, accurately route requests, and ensure sensitive information is only shared with authorized parties.
    • Manage Bank Communications: Act as the primary liaison with banking partners to quickly resolve any wire issues. You will also process daily wire reports and securely close and transfer funds related to long-term escrow accounts.
    • Provide Accounting Support: Safeguard daily financial operations by initiating daily stop payments on the banking system. You will also provide essential backup for the over/short process, making necessary account adjustments as needed.
    • Support Team Operations: Step in to assist the Escrow Manager with additional duties and cross-functional support to keep our daily closing and accounting operations running smoothly.

    Your Education & Experience

    We believe there are specific educational backgrounds and professional experiences necessary or strongly preferred in order to be successful in this position.

    Necessary:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
    • Computer savvy including solid working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or a similar product (Microsoft Office) 
    • Experience working in a customer service environment required
    • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems

    Preferred:

    • Previous banking experience/real estate knowledge/title industry experience or other related experience preferred
