D.I.B Automotive Group is a growing multi-location auto service group serving the greater Houston area with repair, collision, transmission, and detailing services. We're hiring an experienced Windshield Technician to deliver clean, safe, leak-free windshield replacements and repairs our customers can trust.
What You'll Do
- Remove and replace windshields on cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Perform windshield chip and crack repairs
- Cut out old urethane, prep pinch welds, and set glass to OEM standards
- Handle ADAS-equipped vehicles and coordinate/perform calibrations where required
- Inspect finished work for leaks, wind noise, and proper bonding
- Advise customers on repair vs. replacement and manage safe drive-away times
- Keep tools, urethane supplies, and windshield inventory clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in windshield replacement and repair
- Familiarity with urethane systems, safe drive-away times, and proper cure procedures
- Knowledge of ADAS calibration requirements a strong plus
- Sharp eye for detail — no leaks, no wind noise, clean moldings
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a steady flow of vehicles
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
