Windows Support Engineer
Michael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry in New York. We're seeking a Windows Support Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance our client's Windows infrastructure while ensuring system stability, security, and performance. Senior-level Windows Administration experience is required, in addition to MECM/SCCM, Qualys, Splunk and Linux Administration. This role requires 3-days onsite each week in Midtown Manhattan.
Administer and support Windows server and workstation environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage operating system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint compliance using enterprise tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and system-related issues across Windows and virtualized environments.
Develop and maintain automation scripts, documentation, and operational processes to improve efficiency.

The successful applicant will have:
- 3+ years of experience with Windows Administration experience
- Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM
- Experience with Qualys vulnerability management
- Working knowledge of Splunk
- Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred)
- VMware administration or engineering experience
- Scripting and automation skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
