The Windows Administrator (Specialist III) is responsible for the installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of enterprise Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure. Administer Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and DNS/DHCP services.

Mandatory Requirements

1. More than seven (7) years of experience, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
2. Five (5) years of experience administering Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory (AD) in an enterprise environment.
3. Five (5) years of experience writing PowerShell scripts for system automation, configuration, and monitoring.

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Windows Administrator (Specialist III) is responsible for the installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of enterprise Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.

• Administer Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and DNS/DHCP services.
• Monitor server performance, perform regular system patching, and manage backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement security hardening guidelines and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on Windows platforms.
• Lead server migration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud integration projects.
