About the Role:Chicagoland Concrete & Waterproofing is looking for a skilled Window Well Technician to join our growing team in Arlington Heights, IL! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in protecting homes and businesses from water damage through expert waterproofing installations and window well solutions. Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and replace window wells and waterproofing systems for residential and commercial properties
- Excavate and prepare work areas around foundation walls and window well sites
- Apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage solutions to prevent water intrusion
- Inspect and assess existing window wells and foundation areas for damage or water infiltration issues
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light excavation equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site throughout each project
Requirements:- Prior experience in waterproofing, masonry, concrete, or general construction
- Familiarity with window well installation, drainage systems, or foundation repair is a plus
- Ability to perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and working in confined or outdoor spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
