What you will do::

The Window Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting delivery drivers with the accurate preparation, handling, and delivery of materials to customers and job sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and with a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pick, stage, verify, and prepare materials for delivery according to work orders and customer requests.
  • Safely load, unload, transport, and deliver materials using box trucks, dollies, ramps, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Verify product quantities and condition, maintain accurate delivery documentation, and assist with inventory and staging areas.
  • Provide professional customer service during deliveries and assist drivers with backing, tight turns, vehicle cleanliness, and jobsite navigation.
  • Support jobsite operations as needed, including cleanup, moving materials, shoveling, digging trenches, and assisting trade workers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, follow all safety and PPE requirements, and perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will bring::
  • Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to accurately follow instructions while maintaining a dependable work ethic.
  • Previous warehouse, delivery, or material handling experience preferred; familiarity with building materials or industrial products is a plus.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required; forklift or other material-handling equipment experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in warehouse, yard, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions; early mornings, extended hours, or occasional travel may be required.
