The position is a career oriented role and is a full time position with seasonal ebb and flow. If you have not earned your certified window cleaner certificate, you'll get that opportunity here. Ongoing training offers you an advanced understanding beyond the mechanics of cleaning a window to include the nuances of excellent customer service and top notch professionalism. Job safety, tasks, and skills are on topic at training meetings. The door opens to learning time management, project management, budgeting, financial skills and negotiating skills.

Core Services the Business Provides to Customers:Window Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Gutter Cleaning
Things to Expect:Typical day starts with a huddle to confirm assignments; includes a Q & A with manager or dispatcher
Then, load the company owned vehicle you are assigned for the day's work
Next, you'll complete your route and tasks as shown on job tickets accessed through your smart phone
Return to shop to drop off company vehicle, turn in payments, and other end-of-day essential tasks.
Compensation:Weekly pay

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday 7:30am-5:00pm (Saturdays as needed)
Seasonality, we are busier in late spring and fall than we are in winter
Dispatch works to target an 8 hour work day, but it is contracting work,
so the day ends when assignments are completed, some early and some late
Some Requirements (not negotiable):Valid driver's license with no serious infractions
Smart telephone with internet access
Reliable transportation to get to and from work in a timely manner.
