Responsibilities:- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to a streak-free finish
- Operate squeegees, water-fed poles, and other professional window cleaning equipment
- Mix and apply appropriate cleaning solutions safely and effectively
- Inspect windows and frames for damage and report any issues to management
- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of ladders and harnesses when working at heights
- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients on-site
Requirements:- Prior experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or building maintenance preferred
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or aerial lifts
- Knowledge of commercial and residential window cleaning techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
