Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, glazing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand for the entire shift, except scheduled breaks
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance
• Must pass a 7-year background check
• Sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots, work pants, and work shirt required

Job Duties

• Read blueprints and work orders to assemble commercial window units
• Install and align glass within window frames
• Apply sealants, glazing tape, gaskets, and related materials
• Measure materials and verify proper glass placement and alignment
• Inspect finished products for quality, proper sealing, and damage
• Use hand tools, power tools, chop saws, and tape measures safely
• Move and handle glass and window components throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in other production departments as needed
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
