Window and Door Project Coordinator Trainee

Provide clear communication in writing and/or verbally with the Manager, Sales Team, Contractors, and Architects. Utilize window and door quoting software in Vinyl, Wood, and Aluminum programs.

Overview:

This position is for a Window and Door Project Coordinator Trainee and requires no knowledge of
windows and doors. You will be trained in the essential functions below.

 

Essential Functions
1. Read and understand construction plans.
2. Read and understand window and door specifications.
3. Understanding of building specifications related to windows and doors.
4. Write and prepare an RFI document.
5. Understand current building codes related to windows and doors.
6. Utilize window and door quoting software in Vinyl, Wood, and Aluminum programs.
7. Utilize Procore software.
8. Utilize Planswift Software.
9. Utilize Bluebeam Software.
10. Provide clear communication in writing and/or verbally with the Manager, Sales Team,
Contractors, and Architects.
11. Provide complete, detailed window and door take-offs.
12. Estimate and price projects.
