Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall 10+ years of experience in Windchill PLM with 1+ year of experience as a Windchill Technical Architect.
• Experience working with project lifecycle management systems, product data management, and associated networking systems.
• Manage a team of 25+ resources with different skill sets.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, assistance, and mentoring to team members.
• Interface with customers and coordinate requirements, status updates, enhancements, deployments, and go-live support.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and prepare status reports for senior management.
• Handle resource planning and allocation.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and the engineering/technical team.
• Support creation of proposals and SOWs, effort estimation, project plans using MS Project (MPP), and flow diagrams using Visio.
• Work on Windchill 13.0/13.1 customizations, including:
  • ACLs
  • Lifecycles
  • Workflows
  • InfoTasks
  • Webjects
  • OIRs
  • Actions / Action Models
• Experience with Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and PTC product suite.
• Develop and implement solutions for Windchill applications and resolve key technical issues and challenges.
• Handle infrastructure design, system upgrades, customizations, workflow creation, and solution development based on customer requirements.
• Manage multiple activities and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PLM and PTC products.
• 3+ years of experience in Windchill customization, Version 10 or above.
• 1+ year of experience as a Windchill Technical Architect.
• Strong experience with Windchill PLM / PDMLink.
• Experience with Windchill 13.0/13.1.
• Knowledge of:

• Experience with Arbortext Content Delivery.
• Knowledge of BOM Transformation and Change Management.
• Strong team management and mentoring skills.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with resource planning, project management, and status reporting.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• 10+ years of relevant PLM/Windchill experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
