Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill PLM customization, Java development, SQL, and Windchill architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing custom solutions, supporting PLM processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
Required Skills & Experience
" 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM Development and Customization
" Strong expertise in Windchill Data Model, Windchill Architecture, Java, and SQL
" Experience designing and implementing custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM
" Strong understanding of PLM domain concepts and business processes
" Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and SDLC practices
" Ability to analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions

Roles & Responsibilities
" Design, develop, and implement custom Windchill PLM solutions and enhancements
" Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
" Lead and support developers in resolving technical challenges and implementing best practices
" Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
" Support Windchill enhancement, configuration, and process improvement initiatives
" Collaborate on technical design discussions, story refinement, and effort estimation
" Develop utilities to support migration and ETL activities
" Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
" Support BOM Management, Change Management, Release Processes, and CAD Integrations
" Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC practices, and architecture guidelines
" Assist in training team members on Windchill features and functionalities
" Contribute to implementation methodologies and customization standards
Preferred Qualifications
" Experience in medical devices or regulated industry environments
" Prior experience migrating from non-Windchill systems to Windchill
" Experience with ThingWorx is a plus
" Relevant certifications are preferred
