    Once certification is complete, eligible technicians receive a company vehicle and phone.

    What You'll Do

    As a Wildlife Technician, you'll help residential and commercial customers safely identify, manage, and prevent wildlife problems.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Obtain and maintain MA and CT NWCO licenses

    • Perform wildlife inspections, trapping, and removal services

    • Identify wildlife and rodent damage and recommend effective solutions

    • Perform exclusion and preventative services to help stop wildlife from reentering homes and businesses

    • Inspect challenging areas, including attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and other structures

    • Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices

    • Perform wildlife damage repairs and light carpentry work

    • Provide Integrated Pest Management and pest control services

    • Conduct residential and commercial property inspections

    • Build strong relationships with customers while providing exceptional service

    • Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

    • Identify and communicate safety concerns while maintaining a safety-first mindset

    Physical Requirements

    This is an active, hands-on position. The successful candidate must be able to regularly:

    • Lift and move up to 50 pounds

    • Sit, stand, walk, squat, kneel, crouch, and crawl

    • Climb ladders, stairs, and work at elevated heights

    • Enter and exit structures and crawlspaces

    • Reach, balance, stoop, and work in a variety of positions

    • Work outdoors and in all weather conditions

    • Wear required personal protective equipment

    • Visually inspect properties for pests, wildlife activity, harborage areas, and entry points

    • Drive a company vehicle

    What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Valid driver's license

    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

    • Effective communication skills

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Ability to work in all weather conditions

    • Willingness to learn and obtain required licenses and certifications

    Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required criminal background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening (excluding THC/Marijuana).
