Proven ability to lead onsite/offshore test teams, drive execution, manage defect prioritization, collaborate with stakeholders, and present quality metrics and risks directly to client leadership. Hands-on expertise in Wi-Fi test architecture -defining and driving test coverage across connectivity, onboarding, PHY Rate, Band Steering, roaming, and end-to-end customer use cases in a live lab environment with Otoscope.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Wi-Fi Interoperability Test Lead – RF Lab & Device Validation for their Englewood, CO location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Wi-Fi test strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, interoperability, RF, and customer experience scenarios.
• Lead onsite lab operations and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure test readiness, resource availability, and timely issue resolution.
• Manage and mentor distributed testing teams across onsite and offshore locations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Present testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics to client leadership while driving continuous improvement and successful program delivery.
• Own Wi-Fi test strategy and delivery.
• Lead RF and interoperability validation.
• Manage onsite lab and test infrastructure.
• Drive cross-functional team execution.
• Deliver quality metrics and risk visibility.
• Ensure customer-ready product releases

 
Requirements:

• Wi-Fi Testing & Interoperability Expertise
• Deep hands-on experience in Wi-Fi device validation, interoperability testing, connectivity, onboarding, roaming, band steering, PHY rate analysis, and end-to-end customer experience testing
• RF Lab & Test Architecture Leadership
• Strong expertise in RF lab management, Wi-Fi test strategy, test architecture, Otoscope-based testing, test coverage definition, and device qualification in live lab environments
• Technical Leadership & Client Management
• Proven ability to lead onsite/offshore test teams, drive execution, manage defect prioritization, collaborate with stakeholders, and present quality metrics and risks directly to client leadership.
• BS Engineering with 10+ years in Wi-Fi device interoperability testing, with 3+ years in an onsite lead role embedded with a client directly owning test strategy, and day-to-day execution oversight.
• Hands-on expertise in Wi-Fi test architecture -defining and driving test coverage across connectivity, onboarding, PHY Rate, Band Steering, roaming, and end-to-end customer use cases in a live lab environment with Otoscope.
• Strong RF lab ownership and stakeholder collaboration -managing onsite lab infrastructure, coordinating device availability.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional test execution -directing both onsite and offshore engineers across density, ensuring alignment on scope, entry/exit criteria, and defect prioritization.
• Excellent onsite delivery and executive communication skills -experienced in presenting test progress, risk, and quality metrics directly to client program managers.
• Collaborate and drive the program and manage cross-functional team, from client side and offshore teams in India.
• Flexible & prior experience to work with Indian team overlapping in Indian time zone
