    STUDENT WORKER - SCHOOL BASED BOOKKEEPER ASSISTANT

    SUMMARY: Assist school bookkeeper with basic accounting tasks.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • Assist with counting of cash for deposits, including start-up money bags for athletics and events
    • Assist with purchase card coding
    • Organize purchase card receipts
    • Assist with misc. filing needs
    • Assist athletic secretary as needed (including potential support of athletic gate assignments)
