Healey Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wholesale Parts Customer Service Associate to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale automotive repair shops and commercial accounts.
• Process wholesale parts orders accurately by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct OEM parts using electronic parts catalogs.
• Coordinate with the parts, sales, and service departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers while helping to grow new business.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate estimated delivery times.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining the parts department as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GM parts and dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
