    Description

    The Wholesale Coordinator will be responsible for the development, execution and growth of the wholesale operations at Good Chemistry in Colorado. S/he is responsible for developing relationships throughout the state with current and prospective buyers. S/he is responsible for facilitating the wholesale process from the sale --> delivery --> payment collection. The Wholesale Coordinator will be responsible for personnel management, administrative duties, and aiding in successful day-to-day wholesale operations. Additionally, the Wholesale Coordinator must be able to perform the duties of all positions involved with his/her program to provide coverage wherever needed. Specific job duties include but are not limited to the following:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop business relationships with prospective cannabis product buyers throughout the state via phone and in-person visits

    • Develop and produce product menus for distribution including but not limited to pre-packaged flower, pre-rolls, trim shake and remediation products.

    • Develop and produce availability menu information including but not limited to available quantity, variety, cost per unit, testing date, packaging date, cannabinoid profile and safety testing date

    • Coordinate with packaging team to determine what product is available, if it is bulk, if it is individually packaged, if it is sales ready and if it is ready for transport

    • Coordinate with packaging team on the packaging process and timeline for product availability

    • Coordinate with compliance team to organize COA's including potency testing, safety testing and corresponding batch key sheet

    • Distribute menus and COA's to prospective buyers throughout the state

    • Field all inquiries from buyers including items ordered, item cost, total invoice cost, delivery dates and times

    • Collect buyer documents including ST-4, W9's, Copy of license, Contact information, business address, delivery date, payment terms and any other needed information

    • Confirm wholesale orders with buyers and start processing order

    • Monitor organization and fulfillment of orders with packaging and delivery departments

    • Coordinate delivery team including all paperwork and secured product

    • Create METRC manifests per state regulations

    • Coordinate with the Finance department regarding payment collection, data reporting, invoice collection and manifest collection

    • Removal of product from POS system and organization of tags in METRC

    • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of the program from the sale ? distribution ? delivery ? closing follow up

    • Maintain and further develop company culture

    Job Requirements (Education and Experience)

    • Some secondary education preferred, college degree desired

    • Customer service and sales experience required

    • Experience with POS operating systems

    • Experience with METRC

    • General understanding of the cannabis industry including product knowledge, compliance, and best practices

    • Management experience preferred

    • Experience in high volume sales

    • Experience in inventory management

    • Proven success with customer service and building relationships

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

    • Must be able to pass background check

    • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for cannabis and legalization

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Strong decision making skills

    • Ability to remain even tempered in high stress situations

    • Positive attitude

    • Organized and detail oriented

    • Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines

    • Proficient in necessary technologies (POS systems, menu systems, inventory tracking system, Microsoft Suite, Apple OS)

    • Ability to work well in a group

    • Passion for working in the ever growing and changing cannabis industry
