    Description

    Summary/Objective
    The Branch Manager in training will train in the following: directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments, such as sales, warehouse, and delivery, of the business organization. He/she administers organizational policies and procedures by performing the following duties personally.

    1. Participates in administering company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
    2. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
    3. Confers with the CFO and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
    4. Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and new product development.
    5. Oversees departments to review operating reports and resolve problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth.
    6. Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data, and analysis.
    7. Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to develop new markets.
    8. Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning, and submittal for capital expenditures.
    9. Reviews and maintains accurate timesheets and payroll records for all employees.

    Full Time

    $85K-$95K

    Required Education and Experience

    At a minimum, associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience; 4 to 10 years of management experience.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Degree in Management
    Knowledge of industry – plumbing, heating, HVAC
