Journeyman Electrician - Manufacturing Plant
The Opportunity
Trade Management is seeking experienced and safety-minded Journeyman Electricians for an immediate-start in the Rockwall area.
The ideal candidate will possess a current Texas TDLR Journeyman Electrician License and have extensive experience installing and working with Rigid Conduit and EMT in commercial or industrial environments. Candidates must be comfortable working from ladders and aerial lifts while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Install, bend, and secure rigid conduit and EMT according to project specifications and electrical code requirements.
- Pull wire, complete terminations, and assist with electrical equipment installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical layouts.
- Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Operate from ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
- Maintain compliance with all site-specific safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and fellow tradesmen to meet project schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other electrical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Texas TDLR Journeyman Electrician License.
- Must be available to start ASAP.
- Minimum 8+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Strong experience installing and working with rigid conduit and EMT.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Experience working from ladders and aerial lifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must possess all standard electrical hand tools.
- Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and punctuality.
Preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial facility experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced construction environments.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in rigid conduit and EMT installation.
- Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to work from ladders and aerial lifts for extended periods.
- Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and construction environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
- Must wear required PPE at all times while on the jobsite.
