About the Role
Lead growth in one of the most critical regions for industrial electrification and power systems. As a Regional Sales Manager for Motors & Drives Distribution, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding market share across the Western U.S.
This role blends strategic account management, channel development, and technical sales leadership. You’ll work closely with distributors, OEMs, and end users while partnering internally with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
