Penmac Education Staffing is seeking passionate and dedicated Substitute Teachers and Substitute Paraprofessionals to serve in the West Plains R-VII School District 2026-2027. $125 per day for retired West Plains R-VII teachers
? What You’ll Do:
Deliver lessons based on plans provided by the regular teacher
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and cafeterias
Assign classwork and homework as needed
For long-term roles: create lesson plans aligned with curriculum
? What You’ll Need:
36 college credit hours (any subject) OR completion of a DESE-approved online training program
A valid Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate
Fingerprint background check (contact Penmac before completing)
Pre-employment drug screen -THC is not permitted
Completion of Penmac-provided training
