Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager with a focus on staffing, training, and scheduling
- Identify and place talent effectively to ensure smooth shifts and a motivated team
- Coach and develop crew members to live Dave Thomas’s legacy and “Delight Every Customer”
- Create a fun, inviting, and respectful work environment for all team members
- Ensure fresh food quality and excellent customer service every shift
- Lead by example and support Shift Managers and Crew Members in continuous improvement
- Maintain calm and guide the team through busy periods with professionalism
