Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to recommend suitable wellness services.
- Explain the benefits and procedures of various wellness therapies offered, ensuring clients are informed and comfortable.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service recommendations.
- Support clients throughout their wellness journey, providing personalized advice and support.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience and foster a welcoming environment.
- Stay current with the latest wellness trends to ensure clients receive top-tier service and knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college education in a health or wellness field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a wellness-related industry is advantageous.
