What You’ll Do
This is NOT your typical retail job. You’ll be the face of the brand—driving both
customer experience and sales performance.
- Greet every client with high energy and professionalism
- Educate customers on tanning, wellness, and skincare benefits
- Recommend memberships, upgrades, and products (lotions, packages, spa services)
- Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members
- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury environment
- Handle front desk operations (check-ins, booking, payments)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking to customers
- Sales mindset (you enjoy earning commission and hitting goals)
- Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Retail, fitness, spa, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
