As an Educator, you will guide members with care, build trust through meaningful interactions, and embody our core values every day.
This is a pre-sales, part time position for rucruitment at events and following up with lead calls - 8 to 10 hours per week at 1099 pay. We will be opening on Deccember 19 with limited hours, full store hours start Jan 9. During this time, you will be offered part time W2 hours or full time if needed. We prefer somone with at least 20 hours availability. Before the store opens, the Educator helps respresent the brand at events and recruit people to our store. Once we open, you will work in the store as people pick up meals, make protein shakes, conduct body scans and be the front person for the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Create legendary member experiences with warm welcomes, engaging conversations, and genuine encouragement.
- Work an event tent or table, engage with interested people, convert them to leads or members
- Deliver our message: Living your Best Life starts with what you put in your body!
- Make relationships with gyms, trainers and people in the community, schedule events
- Make warm calls to those who gave us their information online
- Master the rhythm of the store including retail, shake bar, consultations, and member check-ins (once we open in Decemebr)
- Hold space empathetically for members struggling with health challenges.
- Stay focused and coachable during busy shifts, communicating with confidence and clarity.
- Represent the store and Project LeanNation’s mission with positivity and accountability.
- Support community events and help spread the PLN message outside the store.
- Embrace feedback and take pride in personal and professional growth.
