What You'll Be Doing

• Complete resident assessments, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and change-in-condition reviews
• Monitor resident health, including vital signs and post-incident follow-ups
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate and timely documentation
• Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness needs
• Support and guide CMAs and CNAs throughout each shift
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure the best possible care

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living (preferred)
• Current Ohio LPN or RN license (in good standing)
• CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
