Marana Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Wellness team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) promotes and restores patients' health and wellness mainly by supporting clinicians with incoming prescription refill requests per MH refill protocol and document review and completion. Assists support staff and works in tandem with clinic providers to ensure physical and psychological support of all patients across the age continuum at the level for which the LPN has been trained and licensed. May assist with phone and on-site triage process and act as a liaison between physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and patients. Manages and documents patient phone calls and patient care pertaining to medical conditions and questions according to established clinical and organizational policies and standards of care.
