About the Role:Project LeanNation Cumberland is looking for a passionate and motivated Wellness Educator to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:- Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and wellness best practices
- Conduct one-on-one and group wellness consultations to assess client goals and needs
- Develop and deliver engaging wellness programs and educational content
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term health success
- Track client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed
- Represent the Project LeanNation brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive studio environment
Requirements:- Background or education in nutrition, health coaching, wellness, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
- Experience in customer service, coaching, or education is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural team player
- Relevant wellness or nutrition certifications are a bonus
