Pay Range $15-$16

Part Time – evening shifts 5pm-8pm. 10+ hours per week with potential to increase hours.

Our Wellness Coaches provide a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all members. You'll be the face of the Wellness Center—present, approachable, and ready to lend a helping hand with equipment or answer questions. From keeping fitness areas spotless and organized to celebrating our members' personal wins, you'll help build a community where everyone feels like they belong.

Characteristics:

• Aware of safety considerations and guidelines for individuals with limitations
• Both motivated and a great motivator
• Sense of privacy or confidentiality with sensitive information
• Passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and knowledgeable of contradictions
• Inclusive of all levels of health and fitness, personality types, etc.
• Flexibility to adjust task priorities
