Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually
Shift: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Training: 1–2 weeks on 1st shift

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to provide leadership and support to Team Leaders and Technical Specialists while ensuring production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Team Leaders, Technical Specialists, and production associates
- Ensure daily production requirements and business plan goals are met
- Monitor quality and ensure production standards are maintained
- Compare established operating standards to actual production processes
- Coordinate job rotation and employee training
- Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work environment
- Ensure associates have the proper tools and resources to perform their jobs
- Enforce all safety requirements and procedures
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records
- Assist with evaluating and ordering new equipment
- Conduct daily equipment/process audits
- Follow change-point control procedures
- Review and verify production, scrap, and quality reports
- Monitor and track new model launches
- Identify and address production, quality, equipment, and personnel issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
