What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on technical support, both remote and on-site.
- Conduct welding demos and develop real-world robotic welding processes.
- Document and share best practices through training, manuals, and videos.
- Partner with sales to validate applications and ensure smooth integration.
- Relay customer insights into engineering and product development.
- Attend trade shows, showcasing advanced robotic welding technology.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of welding experience.
- Strong understanding of manual and robotic welding principles.
- Experience with cobots or industrial robotic systems (Fronius is a plus).
- Excellent communication and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and ticket management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically for support and training.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
