NOW HIRING: Fabrication Welders
Oil & Gas Manufacturing | $22–$28/hr
Are you an experienced welder looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking Fabrication Welders to join a fast-paced shop producing custom equipment and structural components for the oil & gas industry.
If you have at least 1 year of welding experience, can read fabrication drawings, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld structural steel components for industrial equipment
- Work on skids, platforms, supports, equipment bases, and other custom assemblies
- Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Complete welds according to project specifications and quality requirements
- Grind, clean, fit, and prepare materials before and after welding
- Use grinders, torches, measuring equipment, and other shop tools
- Work alongside fabricators and welders to meet production deadlines
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and weld quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of structural welding experience
- Experience working with structural steel
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
- Good measuring and layout skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and a good work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
