Welder / Welder Helper

NOW HIRING FOR: 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT (MIG AND FLUX)

We are looking for Welders (MIG and FLUX) to join our team. Welders will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal parts using various welding techniques. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and schematics, operate welding equipment safely, and produce high-quality welds according to specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Weld metal parts together according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications
• Prepare surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and positioning materials
• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment
• Monitor welding parameters and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Welder or Welder Helper
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
