TIG Welder – Full-Time

Pay Rate: $22.00–$28.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with light-gauge stainless steel and be confident performing TIG welding in a production environment.

Candidates with MIG welding experience are strongly preferred and will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on light-gauge stainless-steel materials.
• Produce clean, precise, high-quality welds according to specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Perform additional welding-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required.
• Hands-on experience welding light-gauge stainless steel is required.
• MIG welding experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Compensation

$22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
