Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Welder / Spot Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding and assembling metal parts while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Candidates with MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding on metal parts and assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding experience required
- Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
