Manually Mig Weld. Install wires and set the heat for the welding machine Visually inspect weld length and penetration. Identify components for work assignment. Complete operators work sheet on a daily and hourly basis. Refer non-conforming issues to team leader or supervisor. Perform quality checks on a daily basis Read and follow daily production schedule. Handle parts and equipment in a safe manner. Maintain 5s in the work area daily. Fill out operator daily work sheetThis is a Temp to perm opportunity.The ideal Welder candidate will have Experience with MIG and TIG welding Ability to successfully pass the departmental welding test is required Ability to lift 30lbs-50lbs consistently throughout the shift is required Demonstrated skill in all job functions including setup and changeovers is required Ability to work overtime off shifts and weekends as required in addition to willingness to rotate jobs as required.
