South Charlotte growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Welder/Fitter to join their team. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal components using various welding techniques & fitting skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with blueprint reading, and proficiency with a range of tools and machinery. Read & interpret technical drawings, schematics and assembly instructions. Use hand & power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments ro ensure precision in fabrication. Operate plasm cutter, press brake and other fabrication equipment to shape materials. Other duties include operating an overhead crane & forklift. 1st shift with overtime. $25+ hr. (DOE).
