What You'll Do as a Welder:- Reinforce and promote company core values in daily interactions with coworkers and customers
- Work from verbal instructions, blueprints, and work orders
- Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for welding
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on a variety of parts and components
- Use hand tools including grinders, hammers, spot welders, clamps, fixtures, and jigs
- Read complex prints and plan work procedures to ensure quality production
- Complete complex welds according to specifications and quality standards
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience
- Ability to pass an internal welding test
- Working knowledge of welding principles, methods, equipment, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and lay out parts from prints
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and demonstrated ability to perform complex welds
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
