Welder

FieldBridge is looking for a Welder in Houston, TX to work for a massive global energy technology company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $22 - $26/hour | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, OT as needed | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $26/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,430 gross.

Position Overview
This role performs precision cladding and weld repair on machined components for gas and steam turbine parts, working independently to meet production schedules while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and in-process inspections per API and ISO quality specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Overlay components using TIG and MIG per approved weld procedures
• Set up and weld components within specific weld procedure parameters
• Detail grind components following weld repairs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
• 7+ years of TIG and MIG welding experience
• Experience with foot control TIG and MIG machines
• Experience with SMAW and GMAW welding procedures preferred
• Manual TIG welding experience
• Oil & gas industry background
