INVISTA Maintenance team is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to support the repair, maintenance, and fabrication of plant equipment and components at their site in Victoria, Texas. In this role, you will perform welding, fitting, and fabrication work in both shop and field environments while contributing to the site's long-term equipment reliability.
Our Team
This role is part of our Shops & Services organization, which includes machine shop, welding shop, relief valve shop, and control valve shop operations. Team members work closely together to provide repair, maintenance, and fabrication services for plant equipment and components. The work environment is highly collaborative and requires individuals who can work independently, contribute to team-based maintenance activities, and adapt to changing business needs.

This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
This role is subject to a pre-hire physical abilities test.
This role is subject to the Transportation Workers Identification Credentialing (TWIC) rule and requires the successful candidate to obtain a TWIC dentification badge, allowing for unescorted access to the facility within a specific time period.
