Weekend Shift: $24.00/hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday Sunday, 6: 00 AM 6: 30 PM

Responsibilities
Weld and fabricate metal parts and assemblies used in agricultural equipment.
Read and interpret measurements, blueprints and work instructions.
Prepare and position materials using jigs, fixtures and fabrication tools.
Inspect completed welds for quality, fit and structural integrity.
Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
Follow all safety procedures and work with the production team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
At least one year of welding-related education or previous industrial welding/fabrication experience.
Knowledge of MIG welding and fabrication processes.
Ability to read blueprints, measurements and fabrication layouts.
Experience using grinders, saws, jigs, fixtures and other fabrication tools.
Strong attention to quality and safety.
Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to learn company-specific products and manufacturing processes.
