Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Utilize MIG and Stick welding techniques throughout the facility
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize fabrication processes and improve product designs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with a strong background in welding.
- Experience with MIG and Stick welding (Tig experience is a plus)
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
