Structural Welder / Pipe WelderPenmac Staffing has immediate openings for experienced Structural Welders and Pipe Welders. These full-time positions offer steady hours, a competitive pay range of
$18 to $20 per hour depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with multiple welding processes and steel components.
Requirements for the Structural Welder / Pipe Welder- High school diploma or GED
- Previous welding experience with the ability to pass an onsite weld test
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Structural Welder / Pipe Welder Responsibilities- Perform structural and pipe welds using stick, gas, and flux?shielded wire processes
- Operate manual, semi?automatic, and automatic welding equipment
- Complete high-quality welds that meet strength and appearance standards
- Set up welding jobs with minimal supervision to maintain production goals
Schedule Options- Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm, overtime as needed
- Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am, overtime as needed
- Weekend shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30pm (work 36 hours, paid for 40)
Rewards- Pay range: $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time hours with potential overtime
