Chase Staffing is seeking skilled Welders for a client in the local area.

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: Based on experience

The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, a strong understanding of welding techniques, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This role involves working with various metals, interpreting blueprints, and performing welding tasks to meet production specifications and quality standards. The Welder will work in a team-oriented environment to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Duties

• Perform welding tasks using appropriate welding equipment and techniques.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.

• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components according to project requirements.

• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality.

• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely.

• Identify and correct welding defects as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on welding experience is required!

• Experience with MIG, TIG, stick, or other welding processes is a plus.

• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications.

• Knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to measure accurately and work with metal materials.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
