OneSource Staffing is hiring experienced Welders for multiple companies in the Berwick area!
We are looking for dependable, skilled candidates with hands-on welding and fabrication experience. If you have experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, stick welding, metal fabrication, or structural welding, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding based on job requirements
- Weld and fabricate steel and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal parts
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and power tools
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Follow proper welding procedures and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently and as part of a production team
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience strongly preferred
- Experience with MIG, TIG, stick, or flux-core welding is a plus
- Metal fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements
- Knowledge of welding equipment and shop tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
