The Conway Penmac office is hiring experienced Welders for a local manufacturing client. - 2 years Previous welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Knowledge of welding equipment, techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality inspections
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screenings
Welder Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations according to specifications and production requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate tools and equipment necessary to complete assigned work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and quality standards
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Pay and Schedule
- $22.00 per hour
- Full-time position
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
