Welder - 2nd ShiftPenmac Staffing is currently seeking a Welder - 2nd Shift for a full-time opportunity with a manufacturing client in the Conway area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with welding experience who are looking for a long-term job with a stable company. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and able to produce quality work in a fast-paced production environment.Requirements for the Welder - 2nd Shift
- Previous MIG, TIG, or stick welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Must be willing to work a 2nd shift schedule and overtime as needed
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
- Perform welding operations according to specifications and production requirements
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely
- Read blueprints and work instructions to complete assigned projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet production goals while following company quality standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
