What You'll Do as a Welder:- Perform TIG welding on aluminum components according to specifications and quality standards
- Clean, prepare, and inspect materials prior to welding
- Set up and adjust welding equipment, including amperage, gas flow, and torch selection
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, job orders, and SOPs
- Inspect finished welds to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies
- Enter production data and documentation into Epicor
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and support continuous improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols
- Knowledge of aluminum grades and welding requirements
- Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
- High school diploma required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Ability to wear required PPE, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection
